Die Kursschwäche beim Pharmakonzern Stada nach der geplatzten Übernahme vergangene Woche haben einige Investoren zum Einstieg genutzt. Dazu zählt der US-Hedgefonds Elliott des aggressiven US-Investors Paul Singer. Wie es in Finanzmarktkreisen heißt, steckt er hinter der Beteiligung der Investmentbank Morgan Stanley von, laut Bloomberg, gut sechs Prozent an Stada. Der Fonds Gané Value Event hält gut ein Prozent. Gané-Partner Uwe Rathausky rechnet bald mit einem neuen Angebot. Die wahrscheinlichste Variante sei, dass Bain und Cinven es noch mal versuchen - mit einem leicht höheren Preis und einer niedrigeren Mindestannahmequote.
